If you wish to be a customer or an active user of our webshop, please read our General Terms and Conditions carefully and use our services only if you agree with all its points and consider them binding on you.
This document is not filed, it is concluded only in electronic form, it cannot be retrieved later, it does not refer to a code of conduct. Should you have any questions regarding the operation of the webshop, the ordering and delivery process, we are at your disposal at the given contact details.

General purchasing information:
The displayed products can be ordered by personal collection or home delivery. In case of personal collection, the place of collection: 1147 Budapest, Öv utca 129-131. Date of receipt: Possible between 10.00 and 18.00 on working days.
The prices shown for the products include the VAT required by law, but do not always include the home delivery fee. There is no extra packaging fee!
How to order:
Purchases are possible without registration, just enter a phone number and a real e-mail address. However, registration takes less than a minute and will greatly facilitate your future purchases! We treat your data confidentially, you can read more about this in the data management chapter of this GTC.
The essential properties, characteristics and prices of the products can be found on the information page of the given product. The detailed actual characteristics of the goods are included in the instructions for use supplied by the distributor with the product. In case for any reason you do not receive the mandatory instructions for use with the product, please inform our staff immediately before using the goods, who will arrange for replacement. VITO Audio Kft. is considered to meet the requirements stipulated in the contract if the product has more favorable, advantageous properties than the information provided on the website or in the instructions for use. If you have any questions about the goods and services before purchasing, please contact our staff by phone or e-mail.
The purchase price is always the amount shown next to the selected product, which, unless otherwise indicated, already includes VAT (27%). The purchase price of the products does not include the cost of delivery, unless you find information to the contrary next to the product.
VITO Audio Kft. reserves the right to change the prices of the products that can be ordered from the web store, provided that the change takes effect at the same time as it appears on the Website. The amendment does not adversely affect the purchase price of products already ordered. When initiating a payment by electronic means (credit card, PayPal or bank transfer), we will not be able to refund you in the event of a price reduction between the sending of the electronic payment notification and the receipt of the product. The security check for an online payment transaction takes a minimum of 24 hours and the product can only be picked up after this period.
If, despite all the diligence of VITO Audio Kft., an incorrect price, wrong product name or quantity is uploaded in the webshop, especially with regard to the obviously incorrect, e.g. VITO Audio Kft. is not obliged to deliver the product at an incorrect price or quantity, but may offer delivery at the correct price, in the knowledge of which the Customer may withdraw from his intention to purchase the product.
VITO Audio Kft. is obliged to confirm the purchase to the Customer electronically (by e-mail) after the receipt of the Customer's purchase offer (order), which, however, does not qualify as accepting the Customer's offer. If this confirmation is not received by the Customer within 48 hours after sending the offer, VITO Audio Kft. and any obligation of VITO Audio Kft. and the Customer shall automatically be terminated without any further conditions.
The Customer's commitment to the offer, if the confirmation is received within 48 hours from the receipt of the offer, is extended by 48 hours from the receipt of the confirmation and this period is extended by the number of days of public holidays. According to this GTC, public holidays in accordance with Act XXII of 1992 on the Labor Code. statutory public holidays, as well as Saturdays and Sundays. The acceptance of the offer and the conclusion of the contract are described in Section 1.4. shall apply.
Orders are processed on business days until 12:00 noon. It is also possible to place the order outside the dates indicated as the processing of the order, if it takes place after the working hours, it will be processed on the next working day.
In all cases, our customer service will confirm by phone when you can fulfill your order. General delivery deadline, within 1-3 working days from confirmation.
The images shown on the product data sheets may differ from the actual ones, in some cases as illustrations. VITO Audio Kft. Does not take any responsibility for any changes in the technical specifications without prior notice to the supplier or for reasons beyond its control.
We reserve the right to refuse orders that have already been confirmed in whole or in part. Partial performance can only take place after consultation with the customer! If the purchase price of the product is paid in advance, the amount will be refunded to the sender.
How to order:
- Add the product you want to buy to the cart.
- If you do not want to buy another product, check the number of products you want to buy.
- You can delete the item in the cart by clicking the Remove Product button (x).
- After entering the quantity, clicking on the (refresh) icon will refresh the contents of the cart.
- The delivery fee is HUF 1,150 per order (see delivery and payment terms). If the value of the purchase reaches 30,000, ie thirty thousand forints, we provide free delivery.
- Select the payment method.
- Enter shipping / billing and login details / If you have already registered you can log in.
- Registration is not required to send the order! / *
- After entering the data, you can send your order by clicking on the"Order" button, but before that you can double-check the entered data or send a comment with your order.
- You will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail after the order has been sent.
- We will always try to confirm the received order by phone or reconcile the data.
* It is possible to send the order without registration! If you want to register, you can log in as a registered user in the future and send your order immediately without entering shipping and billing information! It is important to pay attention to the accuracy of the data, as the product will be invoiced or delivered based on the data provided. You will need to register once, you will not need to complete this step for future purchases.
Method of payment / home delivery fee/ invoicing:
In all cases, we will issue a VAT invoice on your name.
Methods of the payment can be:
- Cash on delivery: In this case, you hand over the purchase price to the employee of Express One Kft. who deliver the product.
- Bank card: We accept most cards used in Hungary. Credit cards are accepted through the Barion system.
- PayPal: Fast, easy and secure payment solution. If you do not have a PayPal registration, you can also use your credit card!
- Bank transfer.
- Cash payment upon personal receipt.
In case of cash on delivery, the ordered product must be paid to the courier upon receipt of the package. The final amount to be paid includes all costs based on the order summary and confirmation letter. The invoice and the letter of guarantee, as well as a copy of these GTC (with special regard to the rules on withdrawal) are included in the package. Please inspect the package before delivery by courier, and in the event of any damage to the products, ask for a written report and do not accept the package. We cannot accept subsequent complaints without the aforementioned steps.
Home delivery, information:
Orders of our webshop are fulfilled by the courier service Express One Kft. The packages will be delivered on working days between 8.00 and 17.00. If you are not at home during this period, it is advisable to provide a business address (if possible) as your delivery address. The courier service will try to deliver twice. Please note that the delivery cost of the packages not received will be charged to the customer!
Home delivery rates:
Under the purchase value of HUF 29,999, it is uniformly HUF 1,150
FREE for purchases over HUF 30,000, EXCEPT FOR PRODUCTS WHERE IT IS SEPARATELY MARKED
Only order the desired products if you can pay the courier for the package upon receipt, unless you have already paid for it in advance! In case of non-received, returned packages, the return fee will be charged to the customer, andwe will only be able to resending it, if it's fully paid off.
We offer a 12-month or 24-month warranty on the products, depending on the manufacturer. In the event of a product failure, you can obtain further information on what to do at the address and telephone number indicated on the warranty letter supplied with the device, or simply call us or e-mail us. The cost of delivering the products to the warranty service point is borne by the customer. You can also return the defective device directly to the service point of our web store at 1147 Budapest, Öv utca 129-131. address. We do not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery, we will always return it to the sender!
Right of withdrawal:
The 17/1999 (II.5.) Government Decree contains your rights when a contract has been conluded by absent parties. The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and return the ordered product within 14 working days from the receipt of the ordered product. Consumers are natural persons who are outside their profession, self-employment or business. According to this, legal persons do not have the right of withdrawal.
In the absence of this information, the consumer is entitled to exercise his right of withdrawal after three months.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer will not be charged any costs other than the cost of returning the product, but the business may claim compensation for damages resulting from improper use.
In some cases, however, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal. Such cases are:
- In the case of a product whose price depends on fluctuations in the money market that cannot be controlled by the company.
- If the product has been manufactured specifically at the request of the consumer, according to his individual needs, such as a custom-made audio-video cables, custom finished speakers, custom made cabinets, etc.
- In the case of CD's, DVD's, Blu-Ray's or softwares, if you have unpacked it.
The contractor shall reimburse the purchase price of the product to the consumer immediately after the return of the product in accordance with the government decree, but no later than within 30 days.
Extract from 17/1999. (II. 5.) of the Government on the law on distance contracts:
§ 4. (1) The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 working days. 2. The consumer's right of withdrawal under paragraph 1 shall be: (a) in the case of a contract for the sale of a product
eight working days after receipt, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of the product, (b) in the case of a service contract, from the date of conclusion of the contract if has not received the

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can indicate this in writing or by telephone at one of our contact details. In the case of a written notification by post, the date of posting is taken into account, and in the case of a telephone notification, our indication on the telephone is taken into account. If you are reporting by post, be sure to submit your report as a registered mail, so that you can verify the date of posting. Return the ordered product to our company address by post or courier service. It is important that the costs incurred in connection with the return of the product are borne by the customer, our company is not able to accept the packages sent by cash on delivery! If required, we can notify a courier service contracted with our company of your intention to send a package, the fee for which must be paid to the courier when sending the package. Pay special attention to the intended use of the product, as compensation for damages resulting from improper use is the responsibility of the Customer! Please keep the product packaging materials intact during the warranty period!
Upon receipt of the package by our company, the unpacking of the package and the examination of the returned product will be photo ducumentated. This is necessary to avoid possible misunderstandings at a later stage. (for example, that the returned product was damaged or incomplete)
Immediately after the return of the product, but no later than within thirty days, VITO Audio Kft. will refund the purchase price of the product to the bank account number provided by the Customer. (return by post is also possible by arrangement!)
During the use of the web store, the personal data provided to VITO Audio Kft. while browsing the web store, technical information is recorded for statistical purposes. (IP address, duration of visit, etc.). VITO Audio Kft will only provide this data to the authorities in legally justified and substantiated cases.
VITO Audio Kft uses the data recorded during the order to fulfill the order. The data of the invoice made by the order of the individual IT systems on the pages of the webshop are recorded with the data provided during the placing of the order and stored for the period specified in the current Accounting Act. VITO Audio Kft treats the data provided during the newsletter subscription provided while browsing the webshop confidentially, the possibility of unsubscribing is provided at the bottom of each newsletter sent out, and can be requested at one of the provided contact details.
You can request the deletion or modification of your data at any time in writing to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.

If any consumer dispute between VITO Audio Kft and the Customer is not resolved during the negotiations, the following enforcement options are available to the Customer:
a) Entry in the customer book. The customer's book is available in the store of VITO Audio Kft. VITO Audio Kft will respond to the entries written here in writing within 30 days.
b) Complaints to consumer protection authorities. If the Customer notices a violation of consumer rights, he is entitled to file a complaint with the consumer protection authority competent according to his place of residence. Following the assessment of the complaint, the authority decides on the conduct of the consumer protection procedure.
(c) Conciliation Body. For the purpose of the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes concerning the quality, safety and application of product liability rules and the conclusion and performance of the contract, the Customer may initiate proceedings with a conciliation body attached to the professional chamber of his place of residence.
d) Judicial proceedings. The customer is entitled to enforce his claim arising from a consumer dispute in court in the framework of civil proceedings in accordance with Act IV of 1959 on the Civil Code. Act III of 1952 on the Code of Civil Procedure. in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
In matters not regulated in these General Terms and Conditions, the Civil Code, Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.) On distance contracts, and CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services.
